Shipping Tip:
Rates are per 0.5kg (excluding ePacket). Add more to your cart to get the most out of your shipping fee!

Example:
If your package weighs 0.2kg, you will be charged for 0.5kg. Since the shipping cost is the same, you can add more items to your cart up to 0.5kg without increasing your shipping fee!

Order cancelled:
If you pay by PayPal, cancel the order will be charged a 4.5% fee on each transaction.

Shipping:
All small orders are usually sent in 2 business days.

DHL Express: Fastest (signature required)

Postal EMS: Fast (signature required)

Postal Air Parcel: Standard (signature required)

Postal ePacket: Slow (max 0.1kg & $10 max freight)

Postal ePacket method carries a higher risk of loss or theft.
Tracking is available, but no signature is required upon delivery.
ePacket is delivered directly to your mailbox or doorstep. We are not responsible for packages stolen or lost after the tracking status shows 'Delivered'.

Customs Duty & Tax:
Customer is responsible for any import duties and value added tax (VAT).

Return & Refund:
We guarantee your satisfaction with our products within 30 days after receipt of the products, products may be returned for a cost refund (shipping charge is not refundable).

If the address is not correct or package is unclaimed and return to us, we will just refund you the product cost, not including shipping charges.
Customer is responsible for return shipping charge and lost return.
